I build small, sharp automations — intake, reporting, research — for businesses too small for enterprise vendors and too busy to fix it themselves.
Autonook is one person, not a studio with a payroll — which is exactly why it's worth knowing who that person is.
I'm a business student at a leading European university, building Autonook alongside my degree. Before this, I worked at two major investment funds, where automating recurring reporting and data workflows was a core part of my role. Several of the automations I built are, to my knowledge, still being used by the teams today.
Autonook is that same skillset, pointed at businesses too small to have an internal automation team of their own. The tools are simpler, but the discipline — build it once, make it reliable, document it so it doesn't depend on me — is the same.
Most of what I build isn't flashy AI — it's the boring, repeatable work that quietly eats a day a week.
Turn incoming emails, forms, or DMs into sorted, tagged, and half-answered requests — before a human even opens them.
Replace the weekly spreadsheet ritual with a live view that updates itself from your existing tools.
Automated scraping, monitoring, and summarizing — pricing, inventory, listings — delivered on a schedule.
No lengthy discovery phase, no six-month roadmap. Most builds ship in 1–3 weeks.
A composite of the kind of build this usually is — the shape of the problem repeats across industries even when the details change.
You know the cost before anything starts. Bigger builds get scoped down to a fixed number on the call.
Every business's list of tasks is different — contact us with specifics for a more exact quote.
Payment is split 50% upfront to start the build, 50% on completion and handoff.
If a business you refer signs on for a build, I'll pay you 10% of the project value once they've paid their deposit. No cap on how many, no paperwork on your end — just share your personal link, or have them mention your name when they reach out.
I'll reply within a day with whether it's a good fit and roughly what it would cost. No pressure, no sales call disguised as a "free consultation."
